We ship exclusively within the United States using insured, overnight shipping. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

Our warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. However, gradual wear and tear, misuse, neglect, loss, or theft are not covered. We highly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance for these situations.

Due to the custom nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Each piece is designed to meet the client's specifications and approved before moving from CAD design to fabrication.

We offer both lab-grown and earth-grown gemstones, allowing clients to choose what best suits their needs. Our expert Graduate Gemologists carefully hand-select each stone, ensuring exceptional quality and beauty from trusted suppliers.

The custom design process typically takes approximately 6 weeks, from creating your CAD design to delivering the final product to your door. Simpler designs may be completed sooner, while more complex designs may take longer. If you need expedited service, your Gemologist Designer will work with you to meet your deadline.

A 50% deposit is required after your meeting with the Gemologist Designer to begin creating your CAD design. The remaining 50% is due before the finished product is shipped.

Your dedicated Gemologist Designer will guide you through every step of the process, from initial vision to the finished piece, and will be available to answer any questions you may have.
